Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.

Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.

Fold in white chocolate chips evenly.

Chill dough for 30 minutes.

Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
