½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Olive oil spray
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
-
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

-
In a second bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
-
In a third bowl, combine panko and regular breadcrumbs.
-
Pat chicken dry. Dredge in flour mixture, dip in egg wash, then press firmly into breadcrumbs.
-
Place tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
-
Air fry at 400°F for 9–11 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
-
Whisk all honey mustard sauce ingredients until smooth.
-
Serve warm with honey mustard dipping sauce.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
• For extra crispiness, toast panko in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes before breading.
• Always spray lightly with oil for best browning.
• Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 375°F for 4–5 minutes to restore crispiness.
