1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

For the Buffalo Sauce:
½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Blue Cheese Dip:
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, grated
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, combine baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Toss wings with seasoning mixture until evenly coated. Drizzle with olive oil and mix again.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket. Do not overcrowd.

Air fry at 400°F for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy (internal temperature 165°F).

In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in hot sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until glossy.

Toss hot wings in Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fold in chives.
